Jeff Spivack, CFC - Founder
Jeff returned to private practice after serving the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department as a Forensic Multimedia Analyst. During his tenure with LVMPD, Jeff secured video and audio recordings from crime scenes and processed the recordings in Metro's laboratory to obtain investigative leads and court admissible evidence in cases including, but not limited to burglary, armed robbery, sexual assault, and homicide. Both with Metro and in private practice, Jeff has been accepted on numerous occasions as an expert witness and has testified in that capacity before grand juries, at depositions, and at trial. Combining technical/scientific experience acquired as a calibration laboratory specialist for the US Air Force with extensive investigative experience, Jeff holds an AAS in Electronic Systems Technology. As a beta tester for Cognitech, Inc., Jeff provides testing of new versions of the industry leading company's software and input with respect to new features. Professional affiliations include the Society of Motion Picture and Television Engineers, Evidence Photographers International Counsel, and American College of Forensic Examiners Institute, which has designated Jeff as a Certified Forensic Consultant.

Niall Cronnolly of Eagle Investigative Services in Atlanta, GA holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from Trinity College, Dublin Ireland. Specializing in Computer Forensic Analysis, Niall has been certified and testified as an expert witness at trial, depositions, and Daubert hearings.
